Not all brazillians know football. Some are even worse than our own homegrown talents.I have just read the nation and it claims a brazzilian is gunning for the Flames coach post. However this is not to say that the Brazzilian is no good.Ive never heard of him and so do lots of folks out there.ALL ME SAY IZ LET US BEWARE.

I hope this time, FAM will do thorough back-ground check. I remember with the last coach, we had knowledge of his attitude problems, but still we went ahead to hire him. This mwana wa mkango was fired in Zambia and Ghana because of way of behaving.
But I like guidelines for the new coach, especially the underlined one. Here is the extract from the news:
.......Asked on what qualities they will be looking at, the Fam president said: “We’ll be looking at qualifications, working experience, track record of achievements, abilities to work in difficult situations, reputation, peronality and vision.”
I guess like dealing with players whine, because of unpaid allowances or borrowing money from the coach himself to buy him air ticket.
I have noticed a problem already with this Brazillian dude. He was a technical advisor to a Brazillian team, which lost 0-3 to France. And he is being showered praise for this kind of CV. I wonder, why cant we reserve our praise for the technical advisor of France, who was responsible for this dude humiliation.
This is same Bingu's dictum......... hire to fire and lose money in the process.
