I would like to register my supprt to the contetion made by one Locke 555 regarding the unwillingness of most Malawians living in the diaspora to hit the gym. While I do not agree with her rationale namely to attract members of the opposite sex, I do allude to the fact that healthy living starts with exercise. I will not labour with the point of who gets more ass or whatever.I think that simply distorts the whole argument. The most significant winner in the equation , is the person who works out as it were in that they are healthier and fitter.Locke555, therefore errs only in substance not form to put it simply. Only a couple of weeks ago , I had alluded to the fact that most Malawian women in the diaspora seem to be very BIG( for lack of a more apt word). Now the ball seems to be in our court as men, since someone has returned the serve , so to speak. Sadly the whole issue again has degenerated into mere vitupiration and pejorative utterances. But aside from that the point remains that noone needs to gainsay the suitability of exercise. Not just pertaining to one gender, for to do so is a fallacy. Its is indeed very surprising that most Malawian guys do not even know the most basic of self-defence techniques.Admittedly, most people prefer to run away as the best self defence.but sometimes things do come to a head and I do urge you all to seriously consider acquiring some skills in that regard. In that way you are never vulnerable let alone the fact that you ooze tonnes of confidence. COMMIT TO BE FIT YA ' ALL.
though me and plato might have the same background earlier, we are in different part of the world now, and choosing a name does not mean someone is coping, needless to say i find your discussions rather boring..... rest assure that i am my own person, regardless or whether my views resemble someone elses.....
