i dont understand why we are still poor

By average there is visible poverty in our country. There are several reasons why we may not be improving.

1. Undekha. We are never happy seing others improving

2. Those who have the means intellectually or financially do not want to help those in need, if any help will be given should be lasting. People need to be taught how to net rather than being given a fish for one meal

3. Policies on the desks are upside down. People tasked to deliever policies have willfully chosen not to transrate effectively. They have effectively allowed themselves to put on a blind eye and use resourses meant to improve lives of the real needy masses for their personal gain.

4.If every one will try to make a difference in our local community in our own small or big way things will soon change.:
