i think thats the reason when they get caught,in a split second they are crying foul in malawi accusing the british embassy for toughening their law.too many snitches live in manchester,wonder what they used to do in malawi.go to school and learn instead of getting a fake stamp,and i thought these days the stamp visa is outdated no longer used,am sure i have a picture on my students residence permit.

now am trying to figure out who is the so called DJ connman,i have a few candidates,one is a girl but she is so innocent,a very sweet character so i rule her out,the other one can really do it,holla can you please since you started it give us a few clues.i have family in manchester in case they fall victim to this embecile thief.

Am not so pure myself but all you need is to be on your guard. Just make sure you are careful. The visa is like yours man, with picture and all that!

Well, but the government has to the resources to catch you and deport you and jail you. Basically make your life a lot more miserable. Either is wrong but the government has a longer arm.

if you live by the sword be prepared to die by it. At least the government's resources aren't like that of a Malawian who is trying to make something of himself. 150 pound sterling is peanuts to an organisation unlike to mere man. Glad we are on the same understanding at least.

Yeah, but you can negotiate with an individual even after you steal from him. The state doesn't forgive it prosecutes.

The state can overlook some things depending on your criminal history and how petty the crime is. Still,a crime is a crime. Better scoop the big fish if you want to hit.
