we happen to live in a democratic and free environment where freedom of expression is exercised without fear of being crucified by some manipulated embecile,you cant contain or join any debate because you are a thick headed fool who only knows how to throw dirt at other people.,just as the saying goes.dont argue with fools because they scorn the wisdom of your words.you and me are both malawians but will always cross paths because we have different views when it comes to mother malawi.

i stand firm on my own two and will always criticise and keep dropping hiroshimas on those people who tried to throw me in the abyss of melancholy just because of greed and envy.that dont make me an outcast or a traitor i still feel for my brothers and sisters who have to endure on daily basis, you included.

Easy madala, inuyo pholani. Mezani ice!, Abre and game are not trying to play anybody apart from themselves. Why are you bothered with people expressing their opinions? Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and what you should be happy about is that opinion is not a fact, which means, it is subject to discussion. Therefore, if they call Malawi "dump" that is how they, and all those who share this view with them, feel. As for you, and the rest of us, Malawi still remains the warm heart of Africa.

Having such an attittude towards the people that are only trying to put their views across will not take Malawi anywhere as it will only lead to hate, njiru and incompetence , the diseases our fathers are alreadysuffring from. Come on man, be different! Be able to welcome other people's opinions and try to argue your ones through, and if you you can't, well, then you are a loser mate!.. No offence.

Abres when you posted this, did you read what you wrote? from what i'm reading, you are suggesting malawi is not your country, now what i'm trying to understand is if malawi is not your country, what are you doing on this forum?

i'm not being horrible or negative i'm just trying to understand where you are coming from i could probably never fit in your shoes cos of what you been through and what some people who make up the numbers of malawi did to you and your family, but one thing i know is that, as much as malawi may have done so much wrong to you and your family calling a dump will not make you feel better and please if you really hate malawi then what you are telling me is that you hate the people of malawi. just recalling something you said the people make malawi and so you hate malawi these are your words not mine, meaning that you think malawians are a dump and you hate em? correct me if im wrong remember im just trying to understand this whole cycle.

Stop using that lame Socratic argument with me, I'm above that. i think I've made myself quite clear on this topic. You have an emotion tie with your country and you love it, good for you. I don't. You can't tell me what to love and neither can you force patriotism on me.

If I was to give all the reasons why I think Malawi is a dump and state my own personal experiences, there isn't enough space on this forum to contain them trust me.

You country is where you feel is your home (well at least it is for me) and Malawi isn't or doesn't feel like home to me. In fact it is and always has been deplorable to me. Once again, personal experience.

The one thing more dangerous than hatred for ones country is total, undivided and uncritical love for it.

And the last thing, this being the internet I have the right to be on any forum I want. Provided I have an opinion (and I do).

Are you serious. Just try and visit other forums and see how serious some of that are. I don't think this is JRC's jurisdiction as moderator unless there is evidence of slander. Debates can and shoul dbe as heated as possible. It sucks if we all agree on everything and not once in a while argue. I don't think we are even heated enough.

Most of the forum members are wimps and can't sustain an argument let alone an opinion.
