THIS IS MY REAL NAME

Listen all my friends on this forum. I am not jealousy of people having migrated . To imply so is to corrupt my own position on the matter. Honestly I wasnt appreciating zonyoza dziko lathu kuti kuli cahni kuno. I mean comeon guys : zoona ku Malawi kuno kulibe chilichonse? Of course dziko silingapeleke zofuna zonse za anthu ake , and well, look even British , Americans ..you name them they also migrate for different reasons perhaps not economical ones. Am proud to defend even articles that are bare in nature describibg Africa or Malawi being unhealthy for living. Maybe God made a mistake to have created this continent. Masweet awa asatipangitse to lose our heads. Kodi lero inuyo a Abres or Game mutawina Lottery ya ndalamandalama ndithu kodi simukhal ndi maganizo obwera kudzapanga invest kumudzi kuno? Malawi : we are a nation of dancers, singers and poets.

Guys nanga tonse tithawe kuno poti kuli umphawi? Osatinyoza mabraz and masistez ife tili kuno . Give us the hope of life. Kodi tonse titati tithaweko of which onse andalama akhoza koma nanga kumene tipiteko sakatithamangitsako???

are you there Malawi ..Are you there Africa .. a continent of millions of royal slaves , deported Africa, drifting continent , are you ther ?

My Africa...

I'm actually impressed by your use of poetics. I wonder why you never showed this reasonable side of your character before.

I also see where you're coming from and of course Malawi and Africa have strong points. Growing up in Africa was a great experience for me. I hate to have my children grow up in an urban jungle like London. No trees to climb, too many laws, CCTV spying on everyone, no solid values or traditions except consumerism and MTV and Paris Hilton. I want my kids to be exposed to African culture, the beauty of the land and its people, the language. I mean Swahili to me is THE most beautiful language in the world (even if it ain't ours) full-stop!

But I also have to weigh this with the most challenging things about Africa. If I ever won the lottery would I return to Africa? I probably would. Because I won't need to work and where best to take it easy than in Africa where we are kings among men? People who share the same history with me and the same ancestors. Clean air, beautiful beaches and cheap land too.

Yes, I love Africa. But I hate poverty. I hate living a life of desperation. And I have a lot to lose if I left my job here.

well said abre,we can never forsake our culture, the way we address our elders not by their first names but titles, swimming in crocodile infested rivers with faeces floating from dirty diapers, beautiful black women taking their pregnant bodies and wash their faces between their legs, the scenes CNN and  BBC portray to be uncouth for mankind stupid propaganda depicting africa as hell on earth.

but all this can not be enjoyed if people are hungry, sick and displaced by the wars and conflicts in our region.if i win the lotto today i will definately look back and right all the wrongs in my motherland but thats just a dream and dreams only come true in fairytales so they say,i have to face reality and its short comings.

The things that people in the west might find strange or backward as a matter of discourse can also be the most beautiful and unique things about Africa. It's no use for Africa to dissolve their culture and blindly accept everything western - especially American.

We can still keep our culture in its entirety and progress. China, India, Japan to name a few have solid cultural practices that no western influence would change in fact THEY are the ones who'll be the most influence on the west instead.

Africa can learn from that. Africa has a even greater potential...
