Hell with all that raggae crap. And it really isn't closer to our roots than America rhythm and blues or soul. Not that I'm a raggae hater but I think it sucks. Too easy and every moron with half a talent in MW plays it. They really lack creativity...

i am avoiding raggae bcos everyone in malawi does that and not much talent is exposed, im looking to reach a wide audience its about that time where malawian artist are recognised but thanks for the suggestion though.

i agree with the idea of reaching out to a wide and international audience, just a suggestion, what about fusing your music with  traditional music(beat) like 'kwela' and 'tsabatsaba'?it might sound like an odd thing to do,but music has been revolutionised.kanye west is a good example.if you try it, your music will appeal to both the young and older generations.good luck.

Wow wow wow, time out dudes. We are all making lame suggestions about what we think she should be doing without actually seeing that she is probably THE MOST talented sister and potentially the most versatile artist the country has ever produced. Let's give her the ecredit for that yeah. And the true definition of an artist is one who never listens to people's lame tastes and expectations or assumptions.

Thank god for the talent. why do you think Malawians dont make it international??? They try to approach a market where there are already set standards anything below it dosent make.  So please do come up with your own style and  unique malawian and yet morden beats that can appae to anybody regarless of taste.

AMALAWI MUPUSILALITI!!!!!!!!
