Unconfirmred reports have reached us that the civil service has started a sit in strike.This is to persuade the Minstry of finance to change some conditions.It is my hope that the discussions will be sped up to avoid damaging the already ailing economy.I want to appeal to the authorities  actually the cstu to engage dialogue although am told it is meeting some hiccups.
