I have always wondered why is it that when a woman loves beer (or any kind of drink with alcohol) is labeled a whore, be it that she buys her own drinks and drinks clean (no monkey business involved) but society will look at her as one. You add salt to the wound if you are even a smoker too.

I love my MGD and I promise you when I walk into a pub I do it with a fat purse and that’s all I am gonna do, sit on that stool and talk to the bar man and I drink responsibly.  I have two sistas I know here who are heavy drinkers, when I say heavy these two sistas mean business. One day I walked up to one and asked her the above and what she feels about it, she said to me “I have lived with that but the truth lives within me and those close to me and for the rest I don’t care”, and I thought to myself maybe I should go with the same attitude but I promise you it’s not easy to grow this kinda thick skin, I just wish all this would go away one day and people start respecting women who love their alcohol. 

It’s the same with guys who drink heavily not all are womanisers, there are sober guys who I know and are womanisers that you would think playing around is going out of fashion.  I know of guys who just love their alcohol and it ends there and there are a lot of them
