Easy.....just use a Letter of Credit (LC) facility with your bank.  The business kaya ndi ya fake or existing will only get the money once the car is delivered in good conditions to you...remember brief case businesses are every where -- even in Japan and ziwombanso are everywhere ndipo they come in all nationalities!!!!!! I could be a Malawian in Japan but very willing to work with a fake company kuti ndikuombeni mandede bwana!!!!!.....Contact the Japaneses Embassy in your area for information about the company or the Malawi Embassy in Japan for information about the company.  That is their job....asamangokhala phwiii....give them a jobs to do....They have targets to meet!!!
