6:30am 1 liter of water with "Equalacitn" used for IBS Irrital; Bowel Symdrome (Mangnesium Sterate), take 2 of these as directed. The idea is to make sure that you move the poison of alcohol through the system as fast as possible without bloating. Others have suggested Maug Hung, don't do this, this will de-hydrate you and make you unpleaseany to work with. Heart considerations also, it raise BP and HR.

(Note at this point that Chaser and Equalactin have Magnesium Sterate as compontents)

6:35am ICE Pack on forehead,

7:00am 1 more Liter of Water, You must match oz. for oz. the amount of alcohol comumsed with equal amount of purified water (Purified means the Liver/Kidney is not working harder then it has too).

7:15am "Cactus Perra Extract" postulated to reduce nausia, dizzy, but not headaches at this point.

7:15m Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc supplement to reach 100% RDA

7:20 Very Hot Shower, Followed by very cold shower. (Note the pores are one of the biggest organs in he body used for detoxification. Open them, sweat, and then close them, as we need to expell but still need to maintain Hyradtion.

7:30am 1 Liter of Purified Water.

7:45am Your about to leave to work, eat an apple and 1 orange (Fiber), and bring a Gatorade with you, possible 2 asprin, and also consider Afrin Nasal spray "Server Nasal Congestion".

This is an over-the-counter method to make it to work after Alcohol Poisioning.

Alternative include the use of Ambien - slep disturbances (very dangerous if taken with Alcohol, and Buspar) Consult you doctor in this event. Of couse, you know of all the other things, Valium, Ativan etc. etc. etc. - This may not be neccessary with Chaser and Equalactin

But in the mean time this should get you off the table
