i think the issue on countries, GB and USA has already enjoyed enough 'airplay" if it were song it would gained millions of any currencies in Royalties, let's end the year on a good note. Everybody has got their own preferences of where they wanna be at depending on wot they want to achieve at that particular moment in their life, so to go on about which country is great, we can go on forever. Let's shelve this till next year....please.
