ofcourse we are to blame but not of corruption but laziness. how do we explain a civil servant reporting for duties at 730am puts his jacket on chair and off he goes for drinking kachaso and chibukhu till noon. when he comes back he discourages his workmate of kutenga ngati ya ambuyache and off he goes home.

civil servants? yes i was looking at ours malawians. i thought the donor community looks at the performance of the goverments for them to take action. surely donors will not look at employees of world vision,national bank or banja la mtsogolo for them to wipe out the debt. they will look at plans and strategies, goverments potential to put them in action, the will of the civil service etc. but then is our civil force capable of that? i guess not.

what about malawians as arent we as lazy as stones? ofcourse we are. i remember rally where Bakili boosted openly of not getting embarassed of kupepempha. i mean till when will we rely on aid?
