It won`t work and where are they going to find you anyway? there is no good people tracking system put in place in Malawi, anthu amasowa, kupeleka mimba ku nsanje kuthawila ku Lilongwe and get a job where you do not pay taxes kumangolandira za m`manja, and your adress is a p.o box or c/o.

Some countries take this child support system seriously, but still ana apathengo ndi lololo! Malawian regulations have got a lot of loopholes, or they dont know how to enforce them in other words. Just last month in my neighbourhood, a jealous lover kidnapped and sliced a certain girls private parts for sleeping with her man, but got a way with it. Two weeks later someone was arrested for being found in possession of unlicensed firearm but got way with it. This child support theory wont work in Malawi, it only works for rich countries.

Hova, It used to be. The country went through a rough patch just recently!

Zimbabwe definitely was better off than Malawi, but I wouldn't go as far as calling it rich. Not even South Africa qualifies for that description I think.
