I have observed that most ladies have disappereared on this forum and most of them without saying bye or have just opted to be inactive.Have men oppressed this gender or have our debates been against them.I feel we need to encourage their participation at all cost.I wish to encourage those few ladies who contributes to keep up ie YTP,dee,mizu etc.
