The new flames coach has suggested that back to back games style should be abolished. This system involves a team playing two competative games in two consective days(lero Bullest ili pa civo mawa ili pa silver).Obviously this is a good idea for both phsical and mental fitness to players. But some will argue that due to poor finacial problems(mismanagement) clubs cant afford not to play back to back games...........malawianas whats your take, mwina chifukwa ma flames amangoluza chifukwa ma player amatopa.
ON ANSELEBU It has been noted that malawians dont get excited about the local celebs.Unlike other countries whereby people praises them,in Malawi the story is different. This got me wondering why do our celebs not having much respect and adoration?is it bcause we are jealous or is it bcause them(celebs)have not yet reach the status of being respected It’s a pity that things are as they are. Of course, some outstanding personalities are celebrated here, but not to expected standards. It is worrisome to realise that your own kinsmen are not ready or willing to accord people the celebrity status they deserve. We have to own and cherish talent. We must do better,”Joseph Kamwendo speaks from experience. The problem here in Malawi is that people are used to demeaning others’ careers, which is a very bad practice,” observes Radio 101 FM’s DJ Jean. “Our society belittles other people’s careers. Automatically, the people in the belittled careers can’t be recognised,” says DJ Jean.

Aside from the fact that Malawian achievers (i.e. Bob Marley, Nelson Mandela, Stephen Hawking type achievers) are, to put it delicately, far and wide, there’s no mystique with Malawian celebrities. They are way too accessible. When you bump into local celebrities every time you walk out your door, it won’t be long before you start to look at them as very ordinary people. Also, urban Malawian society is so small and close knit, there will always be someone you know with access to any random individual you wish to contact. Give me the name of any Malawian celebrity and I bet I can get you their phone number within an hour. Without mystique you can’t have celebrity. Neither is it possible without significant achievement.
ma celebrity a chimalawiwa salibwino konse. poverty ndi imene yavuta komanso nkhalidwe. every time ali pa thalaveni kapena pa kachaso. akatero ku mahule ku Bwandilo. Akakhala mkazi ndiye ndiza Grace Chinga Moffat ndi ena omwe amatithandiza in town tikayambana ndi akazi athu. Then which is which. Normal celebrities do not behave like this. I hope The Malawi Top Celebrity is Ernest Mtawali because he has every thing that one looks for in a Celeb. Not the ones amatipempha mowa ma bala wa ndi ku makweretsa akashota.

The coach was right to suggest back to back games should be abolished and i do agree with him ,these guys needs to rest adquatetly although it will be costly but i think the healthy of the players should not be compromised because of the monetary view.
