What would one describe as a fair share of their contribution to a companies well being starting from the CE down to the guard cite the following and take them into consideration.
-The CE gets a hefty perk which is justified
-The guard does not get even with the allowance the CE gets for his guard he can be say 5 times below.
-Cost cutting measures always affect the juniors while the seniors get away with it, cutting two jobs of the duplicated managerial posts can give a company some breathing space.
-Suspension of value adding incetives like education loan scheme to staff yet managers children's fees are paid for by the company, which to my view has nothing to do with the company.

Sikuti am sulking coz am not a boss but the writing is on the wall Malawian companies kupondelezana no wonder companies are folding up coz the productive staff leave the mgrs to do the job which they dont know.
Whats ur take guys?

Quiet a true observation!
1. i mean whats the use of sending a big bwana' kid to St Andrews, Kamuzu Academy etc
when a member of staff could not be sent for upgrading at one of these cheaper colleges
in towns whose knowledge if properly gained will directly contribute to the success of
such companies?

2. Whats the logic behind having a personal Guards salary (being for by the Co) higher yet
those guards who are supposed to be guarding the assets of the company gets pinuts?

3. Bingiza, at one time i never believed dog allowances exisits till i realised they even get
allowances which are three or so high than a salary of a cleaner or a guard of a
company.

HOWEVER, im such a realistic individual and i respect the meaning of life. as i have said before in this forum that ''Life is a cut throte world where a dog eats dog''

My freinds, the high you go the cooler it becomes, I have seen some CEOs who do not spend their salaries, they are fed, clothed even bathed. Every thing is provided even their under wear. but still they have guards who protect them and yet they are paid 0.00000000000009 of their salary which they dont spend. Life is really hard for these fellas. Dyera ndilomwe lachuluka. This is why these guards conspire with criminals who attack, rob and rape their wives and children and stole every thing. Lets be honest, how can you have a guard who receive K1,500.00 protecting you and your property while you receive K800,000.00 per month. He can easily kill you because of poverty and frustration. Any way Such is LIFE. I just heard that one male bwana mkubwa of a well known big company in Lilongwe akuba anamupanga Mathanyula(yakumbuyo) (yaku anus) chifukwa cha makani. Zovuta zedi
