I had the chance of watching kwanthu Drama group yesterday at french culture centre after a long time and the play staged was a good one titled  LONJEZO .It was about  a poor family which had no money to send their girl child to school and  found a business man who agreed and paid her school fees from form one until her university whereshe obtained her nursing degree , on condition that when the girl graduates from her school ,the business man will automatically marry her.The girl did not know this arragement . she  was made aware of this arragement when she  had finished her education and she refused  to be bound by it and she went to their tradition chief in the village to sue her parents for selling her without her conset and she was granted her wish not marry the businessman .
 In summary the play went like that it is one of the best plays that kwathu has staged in modern times and i will now watch more of their plays with the abscence of Late Du and Getrude we don't have english plays nowadays so we will do with what we have got on the table .
