My impression when I was young I thought in US there are beauties because of the Music Videos which we watch, but ndizabodza. Thinking of UK you will always find both Ugly ones and beautiful ones and it also depends on you choice and appetite. I find your question quite interesting.

The women you are talking about came from Malawi.  If you found them beatiful in Malawi they are still beatiful now.  If they were ugly they still are.
Uk does not make one beatiful or ugly.
