I dont know about that but what I know is that customer service in the USA is the best unlike in Malawi where a customer gets yelled at and often mistreated giving the impression that the customer is getting a favour from the service provider

I agree about the customer service in America it is the best in the world. I dont know if its genuine but I know that they're not trying to get sued. Actually a friend of mine from UK came last year shes lived there for more than 18 years and she was surprised by the customer service in America because she really shopped the whole entire time she was here. She told me that she has never had that kind of service in Uk and i was very surprised too because i thought Uk would be better than here. So i do agree about the customer service

Chichi i dont believe that "she shopped all the time she was there" because of the customer service. There are different attributes that might have compelled her to shop, what is there in the servise that can move you to just shop? Am definetely missing something here
