Finally an African team has gone past the group stages at this years world cup,Five teams qualified from Africa and they were not the usual suspects  in the name of Cameroun or Nigeria,these were raw,untested and no one gave them a chance.True to everyones prediction,four have fallen along the way and only one has survived and thats Ghana.Every time the world cup comes around,one African team against all odds proves the critics wrong(Senegal 2002,Cameroun 1990) and though it seems it will be the end of the road for Ghana on the 27th June when they meet Brazil for a place in the quarter finals,we can proudly call Ghana the pride of Africa win or lose,go Ghana!go!
