I have just seen reports from the press that Gwanda Chakuamba has indicated his intention to join the UDF led government.This comes against a back-drop of refusals from what is known as MGWIRIZANO COALITION ,which Gwanda led to failure in the recent elections, to ever work with the UDF.He has been nicknamed as "Wosagulika" Lately.
This begs the question whether politicians are to be taken as to mean what they say or worsestill say what they mean?
I have nothing against the UDF none whatsover but I have issues when people break their word.
My view is that ali ndi njira zao.At the end of the day we should accept that money is strong.Money is stronger than kings and kingdoms.Matter-of-fact its hard to find those who can willynilly resist money.
Hence I urge you on this page to disregard these fools we call politicians.At the outset they venture on getting rich at our expense.Indeed the song that andale ndi macrook yatopetsa.
Asiyeni adzipanga zao ife tidzipanga zathu.Far from the notion that has been overemphasized hitherto that some people do not care about Malawi, I do care about Malawi. But I have come to accept that the Malawian electorate will never influence the political paradigm obtaining in the homeland.
In the final analysis, where Malawi is we are not there and where we are Malawi is not here.There is an old chinese proverb that "If an egg rolls against the stone it breaks and if the stone rolls against the egg, the latter breaks still, so why not let the stone be".
