CHILUMPHA CANNOT BE FIRED-HIGH COURT
Permalink Closed

Forum Members,

The High court in Malawi today gave its ruling on the so called"firing"-constructive resignation as they called it of the Veep Cassim Chilumpha. The court declared that Cassim Chilumpha cannot be fired in any way apart from what the Constitution  says.Meanwhile,Ralph Kasambara smelling defeat left Malawi last thursday to try to get the renowned QC,Clive Stanbrook to represent the government as they plan to appeal the verdict, what a waste of taxpayers money, can someone tell Ralph to go and read the Constitution again?Does he understand a constitutional democracy?ma lawyer enawa ine!!!
