Be realistic, Marriot hotel is beyond the reach of most us riff raffs. Dont you guys have Motel 6, Red Roof, Days INNs over there? I am not planning to file for chapter 11 after these events so bear with me but I need information about accomodation that is affordable for a common man in the street like me.

Hotel room $99

Party admission $45

Car rental $80

Drinks and food $100.00

Air ticket $200.00

BBQ meat $30.00

staying home : priceless unless you guys prove that you poor people like me at heart

The idea behind Marriot hotel is that we got suites doubles/singles that can be shared to split costs with 4 people or more = $25 a night. (Usually those motel 6 is what - $65? For an extra $20 you can stay at the Marriot & split the costs) You would be paying the same price (lower) for one room as u would to stay at the other hotel. - Homestead Hotels are about $60 too and are good hotels - and can fit 4 pple.

Our purpose is to give people group rates where we can, feel free to look for accomodation that better fits your budget.There are many other accomodation choices but we can not put out every single alternative for people on the flier for 400+ plus people.

Car rentals: On any weekend, Enterprise is $9.99 per day - weekend rate if u have car insurance and about $100 for the entire weekend if you dont already have car insurance - We also have a hook up with Budget for a discount.

Its $35 to get in on saturday - please refer to web page.

BBQ is free for out of town people -please refer to web page.

food- and drinks - there is always Mc D's. You can actually eat the whole weekend for under $20.

For the airline ticket, you either should have booked it earlier or will now need to book it the very last minute. You can speak to your area rep about other deals from your area or to others that are going.

I dont understand why you fell you need a vacation planner for this event. If you didnt have time to budget or save your money or find a good deal - thats not anyones fault. Also, Where there is a will there is a way. If you were planning on going , and if money is an issue right now, you could have taken an initiative & found out whats out there that suit your budget instead of just complaining - Some things are obvious like splitting rooms to lower costs, knowing what places to go eat etc... you shouldnt expect people to provide you with that type of information thats just plain life skills !
