Okay some of these abuses have gone to far. The live and let live policy that I found refreshing when I first visited this site has descended into vile abuse and I really feel somewhat threatened by some of the language spewed at me.


So I'm throwing the towel. Never in my adult life have I found myself arguing over petty issues like my sexuality. Some of the discussions that I've had on this forum have been insightful, challenging, compromising. Most of the others have been the opposite and I've been drawn into them, unfortunately.


Feel free to call me names etc. For waht to me is pure insight might simply be prejudice in you...


Time to return to real ideas and interesting talk about science, philosophy, politics etc and leave the senseless gossip to lesser mortals (you know who you are).

I know you're not. And neither am I. People sometimes selectively hear what they want to hear and take opinions out of context. It's a case of everyone yelling and no one listening.
