Posting Guidelines

This forum is intended to provide an atmosphere of open communication, where each member can share his or her own insights and opinions. To help achieve this goal, we ask that you:

Do not post libelous or illegal material.

Do not post harassing or discriminatory comments based on race, ethnic origin, gender, or sexual orientation.

Do not solicit or advertise.

If you have questions or comments about this forum (such as technical difficulties or performance issues), please contact your forum administrator for the appropriate channel for your inquiry.

Moderation

Any post that violates the above conditions, or departs from the intended purpose of this forum may be removed without notice by the administration.

We reserve the right to edit any post for reasons including, but not limited to: language, length, or content not appropriate to the topic of this forum.

Older threads or messages may be removed from time to time, to main to maintain categories or threads of manageable length.

Any member who breaches these Guidelines through hostile, abusive or other inappropriate behavior may find their account privileges revoked.

offensive language/images

This forum is public ie it is open for all to read and all are welcome

To keep it this way offensive language/images are discouraged
Mainly for the the reasons below

1. The use of offensive language/images is not always welcome by all members

2. The use of offensive language/images can result in the site getting banned by workplace filters i.e. the site being classified as "adult" along with other negative effects. If this happens it does mean that some members will not be able to access site to read forum posts and other site content


As said the site is public, to keep it that way and out of respect for other members who may prefer not to view/read such .....
we ask all members not to post offensive language/images.

Most users do appear to understand this, and so it should cause no major problems or changes to the way members use site



.............I will start start suspending IPs of members who continue to use offensive language . The initial suspension will last for at least one week. Eventually this could lead to complete banning of  the violators IP address ............

 I dont mean to sound damn or rude but may you please elaborate on "offensive language". Do you mean foul language or deragatory remarks or just plain bashing? help me out I don't want to be suspended.

Of course I am not JRC.


Language may be "offensive" if it is obscene, profane, abusive, threatening, rude, harassing or plain rude etc etc...


Others can take it up from there.


Suffice it to say that the KEY for me arising from JRC's guidelines is MODERATION. You can post an opposing view without being offensive in your language.


For crying out aloud: Lately a number of postings are mistaking OFFENSIVENESS with some sort of Higher Intellect. In my view, the mark of great intellect is in its modesty.

why did it not apply in november whenAllan Ngumuya bashed south benders. but leave the Malawians yo enjoy their talk, its cool to regulate but we all come to our senses after all. u can even see it on nyasanet

I do agree with u JRC. Some people are just ignorant and trust me  who ever writes this issue are the same pippo that should be on the pictures . We call them haters. But u know what, nobody is perfect in life. I can tell u that some people pretend to be good but they left bad history back home and they should just be lucky that zitsilu zina zinawatola just powagomela . Even here some of this girls and boys been nasty and now they shouldn;t fool the world..Tikukudziwani zaka za kale mmene mudatakatila patauni ya bulantaya. thanks jack for your comming on the picture comments i guess don't put any pictures for now until people realize how important it is to respect others. It is fun to see picyures bit some pippo are just ignorant . and they bring lame arguments so , don't post any for now we need to breath some fresh air.

Good try.... u are just getting yourself confused with the wrong people...unless u are God that knows waht we both don't know. Khalani chete apa. Ndinu omwe mukonda zithuzi now you getting scared if they wont be posted u won't be seen on the site... Find some thing better to do than critisizing.
