Until proven guilty, I dont wanna speculate.  Right now, I just feel sorry for the guy.  Rape is such a gross offence and I am trying to convince myself he did not do it.  Otherwise, what a shame!

You are all flappin about feeling for this dude, ok thats fine

now am telling you all to just shut up coz none of you is thinking of the other parties involved about how they would feel if they were to read all your comments

if it was me i would be mad so lets not take sides here leave this to the courts comment after justice has been served

this being an open forum, everybody has a right to express an opinion, and to be honest with you i dont give a toss about the other parties involved.

Straightfire,

this is indeed a sad  story.I am looking at this story just like you have done, feeling sorry for the guy, hoping that he did not do it but my other insticts are telling me that the odds are heavily stacked against him, probably he is guilty(I have said probably dont forget). To be accused  seven times for the same crime(rape or attempted rape)sinkhani yamasewela and why should all the women point the finger of blame to him?much as we all wish him well we should not forget the gravity of the crimes he is accused of committing but we should not be ashamed but rather feel sorry for this guy. Those in the know please keep us posted on any new developments relating to this issue, until proven guilty in a court of law, this guy should just like anyone else be presumed innocent, thank you.

"The second woman, 51, said she passed out from intoxication and awoke to find a used condom on the floor.

She told police that she believed Kafatia had raped her because he had phoned earlier in the evening to ask to have sex with her. "

This Just does not make sense. If this stuff is true then he has to be a psychopath because this guy has been presented as almost docile.

whats so difficult for you to understand, its not rocket science.

anyway even if he did it,

as someone once said. all young black males are already in jail, politilly, economically and even intellectually, so it doesnt make match of a differents if he was to do time or not, were in the same boat.

i have tried my best to make sense out of this statement but this guy is not being accused of jail breaking or political assassination or economically lacking and not even intellectual deficiency or incapacitation.

the case here is leaning more to an accusation of rape so go back and get us another quote in line with what we are talking about now.

And i personally am not doing any time and i am sure i missed the boat you took and this guy is actually say denying these accusations, to me this is a GUY WHO IS NOT DOING ANY TIME, DOESNT WANT TO DO ANY TIME AND MORE ESPECIALLY ISNT IN YOUR JAIL BOAT.

I can understand u doing time the name MONEY LOW carries a lot of meaning - changing it either way (LOW MONEY) still has a significant meaning.

so where are u serving time, the famous paddington prison in london, surely not Maula or chichiri i dont think they have internet there could it be Guantanamo

i havent even begun to compare myself with you for that i will wait until u have done ur time or if u can get parole

and for swearing well dont make me ur target try ur cellmate or ur prison warden

"now calm down darling"
