Guys help me mybe some people as well can be educated,
The Under 21 teams i am watching on telly, some teams includding England they are featuring players that are over 21 years old. What do they mean when they say under 21 team.

i think there is an allowance of one or two overaged players in each team.  reason? i dont know may members might know.
