CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS TELL ME WHERE AIDS CAME FROM?IREMEMBER WAS IT 1984 OR 87 WHEN IT WAS ANNOUNCED ON OUR RADIO STATION MBC THAT THERES A DISEASE CALLED MAGAWAGAWA.....INACHOKELA KUTI.?

Mister, in order for you to understand the source of AIDS, I suggest that you reasonably ask the knowledgeable members for a clarification about the origin of HIV firstly, and find out How, When and Where HIV first began to cause this disease in humans. Some say that HIV is a 'conspiracy theory' or rather I should say that it is 'man-made', and in respect to theories and stuff , well , let us welcome on stage messieurs ; Abres, Bingiza , Game, Ngwazi, Firstbendman , and Wamygawd.

but surely didn't they just literaly translate it from English as being a disease that was transmitted/share ie ku gawana? It was probably an easier way of explaining it to the masses

...I remember the announcement like it was yesterday..7 O'clock Chichewa news on MBC. I was very troubled when they said 'Nthendayi ndi yopatsirana munjira zachiwere' ..to me i thought they meant short cuts, 'njira za chidule'. Young mind:)
