Firstbendman has chosen the right to remain silent. He figured out, if Muluzi can abuse those rights, after the ACB questioned him about the billions of malawian kwachas he embezzled, why not him. Moreover, he is not sure who wants to start a "fight". There are better ways of beseeching Firstbendman's anecdote or malido.

P/S Firstbendman would also like to remind you, Mr Benson, Sir, that he still gat the right not to remain silent. He can "terminate" his incubation period any time.
