Couple months ago, one malawian dude approached me with a real estate 'business' deal. Follow the link below. I declined the offer, because something didnt sound right (it was too good to be true and very suspicious).  I was told to keep it a secret, but I found out that the dude told the same story to several other pple (I didnt see why a real estate business should be kept a secret). Anyway, I told him to go kiss my ass.

Thank god, most malawians were spared this time, because of their bad credit history (one of very few moments, when 'bad credit' save its solo proprietor). Their credit scores didnot qualify them for a home mortgage. But still I know couple malawians who are victims to this scam.

Let it be a general warning. Its tax time and be aware of con artists, who came up with very attractive 'investments' deals. You remember chikombole cha last year (give me 1 pin and I will give you 8 pins) - It was same period. Be careful even with our own malawian tax preparers - ma Zakeyu a ku malawi. Make sure you get print-outs of your taxes, which shows your exact refund, your info and dependant info. No Zakeyu should bring you cash refund, because IRS either deposit refunds in your bank account (Not in Zakeyus account) or send cheque by mail to your address. If youre doubting Zakeyus sincere, be wise and have your taxes done at Jackson Hewitt or H & R Block. The difference in refund is minimal (musamakhale adyela ndi makobidi, abale pls). Moreover, when youre dealing with these faithless Zakeyus, they pocket most of your excess refunds - but still, leaving you in the hands of merciless IRS auditors.

We have two most dangerous Zakeyus in South Bend area - One talks very fast. Be careful though, may be after reading this posting, he might change and start talking slow to hide his Id. The other one speak softly - He doesnt have 'bass' in his voice, either by design so he can mesmerise his victims or god thought that he would be even more dangerous with a coarse voice. Meeting them for the first time, you would think that, they are the most innocent human beings alive. But alas, theyre the human version of lucifer. Madala awiri akuba zedi - The modern Paguza and Saguza of taxes and anything they can lay their hands on. Look for these clues, you cannot miss.
